Founded in 1986 by Mr. Md. Fazlur Rahman (also the Managing Director of the group) as a family-owned business in a small town called Rajshahi, RGI has always placed a premium on relationships. This core value has guided our growth and expansion over the years. Today, we're proud to be a dynamic organization led by young, visionary directors (combined with the experience of our seasoned professionals) who share our passion for excellence and commitment to our people.

With the current structure, the group has created many jobs in Rajshahi alone and will continue to do so with future establishments. At a time when investments or setting up factories, was rare in Rajshahi, Mr. Rahman, had the confidence to change the course. He followed one simple philosophy in his entire life - “do something that you actually understand not something that you think you understand”, and with this simple philosophy, he has been running all the companies within the group successfully over the years.
